Cancellation Policy

At Raising Vibrations we will always try to be as understanding and flexible as possible should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Likewise, we ask for your understanding that as a small business it is difficult to reschedule appointments at the last minute.  Please therefore provide as much notice as possible for any cancellation or changes required. 

Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment will be processed without any penalty. 

 

Cancellations made 48 hours or less ahead of scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the session price, unless there are exenuating circumstances.  

Appointment no shows - if no prior notice - will be subject to a 100% charge of the session price. Subsequent future bookings may then be subject to an upfront full payment.

 

Packages: the Gold and Silver Serenity packages provide reduced price offers - in respect of the above cancellation policy, a payment link will be emailed/telephone call made for the appropriate cancellation charge.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to any booking appointments that are redeeming vouchers. Any cancellation charge due will be deducted from the value of the voucher.

 

If Raising Vibrations have to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, then a new appointment will be scheduled without any penalty to the client, subject to availability.
