Reiki Plus

Flowing into a Reiki session, the energetic work we will have done creating a very receptive response.

Near the end of the session we will bring further balance to your energies to further enhance your energetic flow – which is essential for stress free living.

Reiki - 10

(this will really get your body used to switching off, which ultimately will transform how your body heals - in whatever way that may be. As Reiki is such a nurturing and gentle technique, there is no adverse reaction to back to back sessions. Clear guidance on self-care will be given upon booking.  Package is 10 x sessions of 40-60 minutes duration. This package can be used back to back within 10 days (appointments permitting) or with a day in-between each session, therefore 3 weeks. Due to its nature, a mix of in-person and distant Reiki is required, with more of an emphasis on the distant Reiki.
