Energy healing benefits all...
The truth is that we are actually working with our energies all the time, when we cry or get angry we are processing our energies - the energies we call feelings and emotions; or when we cut ourselves and pop a plaster over it we are using our energies to self-heal.
The goal is to keep our energies flowing as much of the time as possible. When we are in flow, we are in the moment and the effortless creators of our lives; however our energies can get stuck creating all sorts of physical, emotional and mental outcomes.
So how do we get it flowing again?
The first simple step is by becoming aware that you are carrying stuck energies.
There are numerous ways that these energies let us know that they are there - such as headaches, allergies tension in the body; frustration or emotional overwhelm or overthinking and so on.
The next step is to start to process these underlying energies. To shift them to give us internal space so that we can flow again.
Holistic energy practices such as Reiki, Meditation, Qigong etc give us space and allow us to nurture ourselves. They work with these heavy, non-serving energies within us that keep us stuck in the past or worried about the future, and out of flow.

Energy healing will benefit your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Working on one thing creates a domino effect on many other aspects of your life.

Physical issues -we carry so much around with us, we don't even realise it! Each time we experience something but do not process the associated emotion/feeling, our body will keep score.
This eventually results in tightness, tension and physical ailments that we just put down to age or life in general.
By connecting with your energies,
you can start shifting things pretty
quickly.

You do not have to suffer from poor sleep; tension in your body; aches and pains; tightness; allergies; low immunity to germs and bugs. You really are capable of shifting this stuff.
Emotional - do you ever feel your emotions are in charge of you - people and/or situations trigger you; you feel like you suppress 'stuff' so that you don't have to deal with it?
Mental - do you suffer with brain fog, overthink and worry all the time? You just cannot switch off - keeping busy is one of your distractions?
