Why pay for a EFT Practitioner Coach when there is so much available on line for free?
This is a great question, and one that many people ask. Firstly by being free there is no investment, this inevitably leads to a person not being committed because if you don't do the work then you've lost nothing (financially). Secondly is the overwhelm of information available and trying to decipher what you should focus on; there is then a high change you will switch off before you even start.
EFT is very powerful, but if you are not specific enough during the session it is easy to give up and believe it is not working. By having a practitioner, you will be kept focussed at the matter in hand - working through the issue gently and calmly in order to release whatever is not serving you. This will lead to you working deeper on the issue that you wish to clear. A practitioner is also guide you, so overwhelm doesn’t start to creep in if other issues/memories come up or you get a bit lost.
When you pay for a EFT Practitioner you are not paying for something that you could have got free from the net. You are investing in yourself - which is your best possible place of investment. Having a safe, confidence space, whether on a regular basis, where two minds are focussed on your goals and desires is priceless.
You will have a personal champion who believes in you, even when you don't believe in yourself; someone to give you full accountability and to hold your hand through any discomfort of change.
What can I expect from our sessions?
Each session will be bespoke to you and your situation. Before we work together I will send you a detailed questionnaire and we will discuss this during our free consultation call - which is also an opportunity to get to know each other and for you to ask any other questions. The questionnaire will then become foundation for our coaching journey together.
How does the coaching work?
Depending on the package you purchase, our coaching will have a set amount of sessions, these will range from 1.5 to 2 hours long, as some aspects will be more involved than others. I will set tasks to follow up which are aimed to compound the work we do together (see below).
What are the tasks you talk about in-between sessions?
There is a commitment needed to implement changes within your lifestyle to compound the work we do together; some changes will need a continuous commitment - just like brushing your teeth and showering - and others will be individual tasks to get you thinking more deeply when we are not together. This is why I call it a Coaching Journey. There will be support on hand throughout from myself should you need to reach out.
Whilst these are not onerous tasks, the more time and effort you put into them, the more you will benefit.
Why is it so important to be 100% responsible for your own life?
Realising that we are completely in control of our emotions, and we have the power to choose how we react to our thoughts, is liberating.When an event happens our mind creates an internal representation of its occurrence - which become our thoughts.
Firstly we need to accept and believe that we can choose not to attract strong negative emotions/feelings to these thoughts. Once accepted, we can choose to either not give that thought any attention or apply only positive emotions to it, thereby creating a higher vibration in the body and mind resulting in calmness. The reality is then that you're relaxed and calm in any circumstance.
Forgiveness plays a big part in realising negative vibrations - holding to anger, hate, frustration only hurts the person holding it, it has no impact on anyone else.
This isn't always easy, but the more it is practised the easier it becomes, and our life becomes calmer.
This inevitably results in you becoming the Victor of your life and releasing and having life happen for you, and not to you.
