Matrix ReImprinting is based on the quantum physics theory that our subconscious stores memories and energy created from traumas (big and small) in our lives, and draws on these energies as and when triggered. It is a deeper EFT technique which allows a person to work on negative energies/memories in the subconscious mind and change them to positive.  This in turn removes limiting beliefs and decisions that have been created as a child and that have created your reality.  This modality was created by EFT Master Karl Dawson with whom I personally trained.

 Everything in the Universe (including human beings) is energy, and all energy vibrates. The lower the vibration, the more solid and heavier the energy.

  

Thoughts, feelings and emotions are energy; if negative they vibrate at a lower frequency, meaning the energy they produce is denser and heavier.  If positive they vibrate at a higher frequency, meaning they are light and 'airy'.

Our subconscious programmes (memories) are stored within the energy field (Matrix) that surrounds each of us. As and when we are triggered, it will draw from these memories the emotions and energies that we created at the time that the limiting belief/negative decision was made. We may be puzzled by our behaviour at a conscious level, but the subconscious overrides that and we act out our reality as per these pre-programmed memories. It is important to realise here that these subconscious programmes run 90-95% of our daily behaviour and habits.

With Matrix Reimprinting, we go back to subconscious memories, and work with them in a very safe and gentle way - changing the energies from the low vibrating negative ones, to positive high vibrating ones; and re-imprint these back through our bodies, minds and Matrix.

The Matrix work is life changing yet gentle. We are very much programmed to believe that any deep work will involve months if not years of counselling and therapy. With the Matrix this is not the case. Deep rooted issues, such as low self-esteem or feeling there is something wrong with you, have huge implications in our adult life. This practice can enable a person to change those thoughts and beliefs so much faster.

Last but by no means least, when you are re-imprinting high vibrating energies back into your body this is great news regarding the Law of Attraction.  Like attracts like, and the higher your energy vibrations, the more good stuff you will attract. 

 

At this current time I am not practicing Matrix ReImprinting as a stand alone offering; instead ​I have amalgamated my knowledge and experience for my Reiki + offering.
