THE BODY 

Whilst much of the work we will do together is on your mindset and soul, your physical body must not be overlooked. Creating good routines, and bringing awareness to simple ways you can dramatically improve your physical health will give you the complete package.

We will look at increasing good habits for a healthy body such as diet, exercise and sleep.  All of these are just as important as working on your mind and soul.  

​

Within both the 3 and 6 month coaching package, you will have an opportunity to liaise with a nutritionist who will advise you on your gut health first and foremost.

EXERCISE

​

Exercise is movement; any movement. The more you move, the more your body's energy will thank you. Remember that it is not always about high impact; low impact such as walking and stretching is right up there too. 

A healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand.

NUTRITION

The food and drink we put into our bodies has direct influence on what we get out. Whilst this is not mindset work, the impact it has on our thoughts, feelings and emotions should not be ignored.

In my 3 and 6 months packages, you will have the option to have a 1:1 consultation with a nutritionist to look at your personal circumstances.

SLEEP

Our quality of sleep can tell an awful lot about our lifestyle and the amount of stress we have in our lives.   The aim here is to become aware of your quality of sleep and how, if need be, this can be improved to have an impact on your mind, body and soul.
