10 in 10
Are you ready for a life changing 10 days (or 3 weeks should you wish to choose the longer option)? If so, buckle up and let's go!
I have created this immersion in Reiki to really kickstart your journey into your holistic health.

We will spend ten sessions together, in close succession - I would suggest a mix of in-person and distant - predominantly distant due to convenience.
​
It is important to recognise that this will be a commitment, turning up consistently for 10 days at the same time; regardless of what is going on in life - that in itself is a major win!
Ditch the cliche.....
The commitment will pay you dividends though - especially the realisation that you matter; by spending some proper time with you, you will start to realise how impactful this is on your life - and it not just simply a cliche anymore.

Having a more positive outlook on the world, and life in general, really boosts your inspiration and hence your creativity. You can then go on to create anything you wish in your life - bit by bit.​​
Your energies will really start to flow.​
Physically - your body will start to become used to the feeling of total calmness; our default whereby we can self-heal. Being able to really listen to our body when it talks to us, via illness, pain, tension etc, is built into us already - but we are just swamped by external (and internal) noise and pressures, so rarely take heed.
The self-healing that will kick in though is not just on the physical level, but the holistic level, therefore this also includes: ​
Emotional/Mental - thoughts that ruminate but are not helpful; emotions that are suppressed that need to be released; beliefs that do not aid your life - the ones that keep you stuck whereby you believe you are incapable of this or unworthy of that - will start to have their hold over you eased.​
Realising that the 'busyness' in life is simply external and internal noise - these unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs - will create space for you to start to make positive changes.
Spiritual - when I channel Reiki, my consistent intention (on top of any personal requests) is to always light your path forwards - so that your internal guidance - your intuition - is loud and clear, and you have real faith in it.
This is really all you need to deal with any challenges you face in your life.
Reiki in itself can really aid your spiritual journey; when you embrace it fully there is no doubt that your faith and beliefs will change for the positive. ​

Whilst the Reiki itself is passive, it is important to keep the best life balance you can...thereforeI highly recommend a commitment to...
cut out substances - such as vaping; tobacco, alcohol and drugs
keep hydrated
reflect - perhaps by journalling or meditating
be out in nature
reduce screen time
become aware of what you consume via media and environments
prioritise sleep
eat and drink as naturally as possible - cut out processed food and drinks​
stop when needed - and simply breathe

The birth of 10 in 10...
Whilst I am trained in other energy modalities, which are incredible in themselves, I keep going back to my thought that Reiki is all you need. I love the fact that it is placing faith into us as a human being - allowing our holistic being to do what it deems necessary to release those non-serving energies. Taking our logical thought process out of the equation.

My faith in Reiki is extremely strong - but to put a customer's eggs all in one basket was a little uncomfortable - however I knew that it was such a strong thought that was converted into a deep rooted belief inside me.
​
Therefore I decided to offer a more intense Reiki experience......​and thus my 10 in 10 Reiki Immersion was born.
